Many bookmans look up to their teachers as role models and teachers should provide excellent characteristics to aspire to. In my citation and from my prior edu cation, pupils not only need constructive maltreat but they need to be praised frequently. It is my philosophy that scholarly persons should be praised perpetually for their hard naturalize. I believe that praise truly makes individual work harder. Teachers should also not exclude students. Each student should receive an equal education from the teachers.

Although some students require to a greater extent guidance and attention and teacher should never give up on a student no matter how severe they are to work with.
